RATES:

Rates commence with Evening Meal on day of arival and finish with a Packed Lunch on the day of departure.

SURCHARGE:

There is a surcharge of £2 per person for a one night stay

DEPOSITS:

A non-returnable deposit of £2 per person per night is payable but forms part of your total account.

CANCELLATION CHARGES:

Should a group cancel for any reason the following scale of charges will apply: Before 98 days.. deposit only: 98 days to 85 days.. 40% of total account: 84 days to 57 days.. 50% of total: 56 days to 22 days.. 65% of total: 21 days or under.. Full Payment due: Cancellation should be made by registered post or can be taken by telephone when a reference number will be given. This reference number must be kept as proof of the telephone cancellation. The date of cancellation is deemed to be the first day of notification by registerd post or by phone call reference. If it is possible to resell any dates that are cancelled a pro-rata refund will be made or deducted from any charges due.

FINAL NUMBERS:

Final numbers should be sent by post or made by telephone no later than one month prior to your arrival date. These numbers will form your account and an invoice will be sent based on the numbers given.

MEAL TIMES:

Meal times are flexible but we like to finish the evening meal by 18.30 hrs. and breakfast by 09.30 hrs.

MINIMUM NUMBERS:

As in previous years there is a minimum charge during the SUMMER TERM of 30 paying Monday to Fridays, and 25 paying at weekends.
